HOW WE GET HONEY

UNCAP FRAMES
Extracting raw honey starts by removing the frames of honey from each hive and uncapping them by taking off the beeswax coverings.

SPIN AND STRAIN
Next, the frames are spun, and the drained honey is coarse strained. This removes debris but leaves behind nutrients critical in raw honey.

BOTTLED UP
The strained honey is then stored in a climate controlled area. This honey is ready to be bottled up and shipped to the consumer.

Processed honey usually undergoes treatment and refinement that may remove helpful nutrients and reduce its antioxidant level. Raw honey is strained and then bottled, which allows the honey to retain most of the beneficial nutrients and antioxidants naturally found in honey.
